  • Mount and balance 2 rear tires and then rotate to the front. Customer has supplied tires.
  • Tire disposal, 2 tires
  • Replaced front brake pads and resurfaced front rotors
  • Used lathe machine to cut new smooth surface on each of the front rotors.

  • Test drive did not recreate slow acceleration. Hooked up computer scanner to vehicle and no codes were in system. Initial inspection under hood found air intake tube is cracked. Upon removing engine cover, found that the ignition coil connectors are damaged. Recommend that the customer drive vehicle until symptom returns or check engine light illuminates. No charge for time spent.

  • Initial inspection revealed power and ground to compressor but compressor is not engaging.. Performed evac/recharge and found that system was empty of refrigerant. Recharged system to proper 1.1 lbs with adding UV dye. Found no visible signs of leak at this time at compressor, service ports, hoses or drain tube. System is now blowing at 45 degrees. If system begins to blow warm in the future, customer will need to return for further inspection.

  • Vehicle started every time for AutoWorks. Battery may have been fully charged by tow-truck technician. Vehicle is being left at AutoWorks over night for continuous testing to confirm that battery is in good working order. After vehicle sat over night, on 2/7, vehicle battery tested at 11.3 volts, vehicle started immediately several times without issue and vehicle is charging at 13.7 volts. No problem found at this time. No charge to customer.
