    • Inspection revealed a screw in the tire. Removed screw and plugged tire. No charge to customer.

    • Battery testing at 10.1 volts after several starts. Battery may have a dead cell. Charging system and starting system both operating properly at this time. AutoWorks will replace battery at this time, under warranty.
    • Left rear tire pressure was low. Adjusted tire pressures and light has gone off. Replaced valve core on left rear tire.
    • Remove and replace battery, under warranty

    • Customer would like to have a 32-point inspection, tires rotated, and oil level and condition checked if there is a dipstick.
    • Performed 32-point visual inspection, including wheels off to check brake pads. Completed report, and presented to customer
    • Tire rotation with inspection
    • Vehicle not equipped with oil dipstick. On dash gauge shows level to be good.
    • Inspection revealed that the right side blinkers flash fast. Bulbs are not blown out yet. Rear blinker is an LED assembly. Recommend that customer drive until assembly is needed.

    • Customer says that after gas was put in vehicle, the engine started shaking. In addition, vehicle needs oil level sensor. Vehicle has no dipstick.
    • Inspection revealed code for misfire in cylinder 5. Swapped ignition coil with cylinder 1 and misfire has traveled. Cylinder 5 coil is faulty and needs to be replaced. Replaced cylinder 5 ignition coil, cleared code, test drove vehicle and code did not return.
    • IGNITION COIL: remove and replace, cylinder 5 (includes testing)
    • Confirmed code for faulty oil level sensor. Replaced sensor, changed oil, cleared code, test drove vehicle and code did not return.
    • OIL LEVEL SENSOR: remove and replace
    • Full-service oil change performed: drained old oil and added up to 7 quarts of TekStar full synthetic 5W30 motor oil; replaced oil filter; checked tire pressure and inflated tires to proper level; checked fluids and filled to proper level (windshield washer, brake, power-steering, and transmission).
