- Initial inspection revealed that the battery is testing at 3 volts. Recommend replacing battery to start with and test charging and starting system after. After battery replacement charging and starting system test good. OIl change is due, customer approved changing oil while vehicle is here.

- Full-service oil change performed: drained old oil and added up to 5 quarts of Wolf's Head full synthetic 0W20 motor oil; replaced oil filter; checked tire pressure and inflated tires to proper level; checked fluids and filled to proper level (windshield washer, brake, power-steering, and transmission).
